Santa Cruz Nomad Carbon - Scream if you want to go faster!!

That goregous Matte White Machine you can see below Ladies & Gentlemen, is what is commonly referred to as a Santa Cruz Nomad Carbon - perhaps one of the most lusted after bikes on the market. This full carbon Nomad is actually a demo bike we have ordered in for a customer who's looking to upgrade to a lighter, stiffer carbon frame than what he is currently riding, and is keen to get the tyres onto the dirt to see what all the fuss is about.

With the hype machine having gone into overdrive during Santa Cruz Bicycles release of the Nomad Carbon in April last year, the glowing reviews have been coming in thick and fast from magazines all around the globe with nary a bad word on this superbike.

With a substantial drop in weight over the alloy frameset, the Carbon Nomad also adds in a whole load of strength and stiffness that gives this 160mm travel All Mountain bike a snappy feel under acceleration and hardtail-like responsiveness. It is available with both air and coil shocks, and can be setup in all sorts of different configurations depending on what your preference is;

- 180mm travel fork with a 1x10 drivetrain and chain device?

- Coil suspension front & rear for buttery smooth suspension?

- Travel adjustable fork and a 3x10 drivetrain for demolishing technical trails?

The Nomad Carbon will do it all, and do it all very, very well!

This particular Nomad comes with the custom tuned Fox Float RP23 Boost Valve rear shock, which keeps the weight down and allows for a multitude of tuning options depending on rider weight and style.
You can get the Nomad as a frameset or as a complete bike, and builds start from under $6k. You can check out the complete Santa Cruz Nomad Carbon Bike here.

If you like the look of the Nomad Carbon but have got important costs in your life such as a mortgage, or food, then you may be interested in the cheaper Aluminum Santa Cruz Nomad Frame. We also have complete bike options starting from just over $4k.

Whatever your flavour or budget, there's likely a sweet Nomad frame or build out there for you!

Otherwise, pop into MMHQ in Brunswick East to check out the Nomad Carbon Demo Bike while it's still here and Jerry, Greg, Wil or Mark will talk your ear off about how goood these bikes really are!
